Why We Built This Site
Mississippi court access is divided by court and record type. In Oktibbeha County, Tony M. Rook and the Circuit Clerk’s office keep Circuit civil and criminal records; Sharon Livingston’s Chancery Clerk office holds Chancery records; and Shalonda Sykes administers Justice Court records. Electronic access can also differ from the official file. Delta is a county-linked subscription index for some Circuit records, while PAMEC/MEC is a registered, read-only route for eligible electronic court records. The clerk who holds the source file remains the place to verify a docket entry or obtain a certified copy.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to a Mississippi court, clerk, or government agency. Its limits are important:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the court or clerk that maintains an Oktibbeha County file can issue an official or certified docket sheet or court record. The originating custodian controls the document.
Search Partners
Some pages carry search boxes operated by third-party providers. Those providers control their own service, charges, and results. A paid signup may produce a referral fee for this private resource. Third-party results do not replace the official clerk file.
